Overview

Ofer Kovacs is a partner in the firm’s Employment Practice Group. He advises a wide range of international and domestic corporate clients of the firm across a variety of sectors in employment law, both contentious and non-contentious. He advises on hiring and termination policies, individual contracts of employment, employee benefit and compensation packages, the drafting and enforceability of restrictive covenants, collective bargaining agreements, individual and collective disputes and employment law related class actions.

 

Ofer joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2013, where he completed his internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate.
