Overview

Aviation Law has been part of our firm’s practice since the 1940s, if not before. Among the firm’s first clients in this field was British Airways Overseas Corporation (BOAC), which began operating flights to the region in 1940 and merged with British European Airways in 1974, to form British Airways PLC, which remains one of our clients. Over the course of many years, our Aviation Group has accumulated extensive experience advising clients in this field, providing both matter-specific and ongoing legal counsel to foreign and national airlines, satellite operators,  and suppliers of international courier and transportation services. Our advice is sought on all aspects of  business operations, including general corporate work, tenders, negotiation of commercial and operational agreements, acquisition and financing transactions in Israel, regulatory matters and court proceedings involving industry-specific disputes and liability claims.
