Overview

Yarden is an associate in the Intellectual Property practice group of the firm, where she specializes in intellectual property related consultancy and litigation, namely issues relating to copyright, trademarks, trade secrets and contractual disputes. Yarden’s practice also focuses on commercial litigation before various courts and tribunals.

Yarden joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2019, where she completed her internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate.

Other Activities

While a law student, Yarden was a member of the Haifa University Debate Society and won the 2017 Israeli Debating Championships.
Yarden was the vice editor-in-chief, of the Haifa Law Review (‘Mishpat Umimshal’) 2016- 2017.
Yarden was awarded the 2017 Perelman & Co prize for excellent research in the field of Antitrust Law.
