Overview

Zohar Kasulin-Boneh is an associate in the intellectual property practice group of the firm, where her practice focuses on enforcement, infringement and validity issues of intellectual property rights with a particular emphasis on patent litigation relating to pharmaceutical products and processes.

 

Zohar’s background in the natural sciences provides her with an excellent understanding of both the technical as well as the legal issues facing the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. She has extensive experience advising Israel’s leading pharmaceutical companies on matters relating to the contested registration, opposition and validity of patents.

 

Zohar also advises on the regulatory aspects relating to life science products and in particular medical testing.

 

Zohar joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2011, where she completed her internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate later in the year.
