Overview

Tom is an associate in the dispute resolution department of the firm. She represents international and domestic companies, government companies, financial institutions and high net worth individuals on a broad range of civil and contractual matters, with a particular focus on banking and insolvency disputes.

Tom joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2016, where she completed her internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate.

Other Activities

During her studies, Tom provided legal and business advice to individuals with financial difficulties, and promoted legislation in the Knesset for the purpose of supporting small and medium sized businesses as part of her participation in “the Community, Social and Economic Clinic”.

Tom also tutored first year law students whose native language is not Hebrew, and was active in volunteering at “Merkaz Brera” in the Jerusalem Court for Family Affairs on behalf of applicants from disadvantaged backgrounds.
