Tal is an associate in the firm’s Tax Practice Group. She advises multinational and domestic clients on a broad range of tax matters, and represents clients before the Israeli tax authorities and courts on disputed tax assessment proceedings.

Tal’s experience includes counselling on all aspects of corporate and individual taxation, international taxation, tax structuring, local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and restructurings, real estate transactions, indirect taxes, and taxation of NGO’s, charities and non-profit organisations. She also provides legal counsel to high net worth individuals and families on individual taxation, including estate tax planning, trusts and investments.

Tal joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2019, where she completed her internship and qualified as an Israeli Advocate.
