Muhamad Droby is both a tax attorney and a certified public accountant. Muhamad advises multinational and domestic clients on a broad range of tax matters, and represents clients before the Israeli tax authorities and courts on disputed tax assessment proceedings.
Muhamad’s experience includes counselling on all aspects of corporate and individual taxation, international taxation, tax structuring, local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and restructurings, real estate transactions, indirect taxes, and taxation of NGO’s, charities and non-profit organizations. He also provides legal counsel to high net worth individuals and families on individual taxation, including estate tax planning, trusts and investments.
Before joining S. Horowitz & Co., Muhamad worked 5 years at the Tax Department of BDO Ziv Haft (Big5 CPA Firm).
Muhamad completed his internship in law at the lsrael Ministry of Justice – The Administrator General and Inheritance Registrar.
