Overview

Mishael Assaf is an associate in the dispute resolution department of the firm. Mishael advises and provides representation to international and domestic corporations on a broad range of civil, commercial and administrative matters, with a particular focus on class actions, complex commercial and contractual disputes.

Mishael joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2021, where he completed his internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate.

Other Activities

  • Mishael was a member of the editorial board of the ‘Israel Law Review’ published by the Faculty of Law of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
  • During his legal studies at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Mishael was a teaching assistant to Dr. Chagai Vinizki, Dr. Efi Zemach and Prof. Reem Segev in the following courses: “Contract Law”, “Jurisprudence: Introduction to Ethics” and “Philosophy of Law”.
  • Mishael also tutored law students in the fields of Contract Law and Tax Law, as part of equality of opportunity programs at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
