Overview

Liel is an associate in the dispute resolution department of the firm. She represents international and domestic companies and financial institutions on a broad range of civil and contractual matters, with a particular focus on defending class actions, corporate litigation, banking disputes and insolvency disputes.

Liel joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2021, where she completed her internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate.

  • Liel served as Research assistant and Teacher assistant to Prof. Miriam Gur-Arye in the field of Criminal Law at the Hebrew University.
  • Liel served as Teacher assistant to Prof. Guy Harpaz and Prof. Moshe Hirsch in the field of Public International Law at the Hebrew University .
  • Liel was an Editorial Board Member at the Hebrew University Law Review – Hukim.
  • Liel represented The Hebrew University at The Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Moot Competition of 2019.
  • Liel received the Irving-Isadore Weinberg Prize for Excellence in Public Law for a research paper.
