Eti is a partner in the corporate department of the firm where she specializes in cross-border and domestic corporate and commercial transactions for international and Israeli companies, startups and financial institutions across a broad range of sectors.

In addition to advising on individual corporate transactions she also provides legal counsel on the full range of agreements relating to the operation, management and development of any commercial business and its trading activities in Israel, including consultation on issues relating to privacy protection and marketing based on databases, trade agreements, distribution agreements, employment agreements, marketing agreements, product manufacturing, IP agreements, etc.

Prior to joining S. Horowitz & Co. at 2017, Eti worked for a year as a legal consultant to the Corporate Division at Bank Ha’poalim and six years, as a commercial lawyer, at M. Firon & Co., where she completed her internship in 2010.
