Eti is a partner in the corporate department of the firm where she

specializes in corporate and commercial transactions, particularly in banking, insurance, privacy law, international distribution agreements, and the distribution and marketing of pharmaceutical products. Her practice includes both cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions.In addition to advising on individual corporate transactions and conducting legal due diligence, Eti provides comprehensive legal counsel on the full range of agreements and legal issues related to the operation, management and development of commercial business and trading activities in Israel. This includes consultation on privacy protection laws, marketing strategies using databases, trade and distribution agreements, product manufacturing, intellectual property, employment agreements and more.

Prior to joining S. Horowitz & Co. at 2017, Eti worked for a year as a legal consultant to the Corporate Division at Bank Ha’poalim and six years, as a commercial lawyer, at M. Firon & Co., where she completed her internship in 2010.
