Overview

We provide our clients with practical and professional advice on establishing, operating, conducting and developing their business and trading activities in Israel. We are experts on guiding and assisting foreign and domestic clients at every stage of conducting business in Israel, starting with the recommended structure and preferred form of incorporation, through to adapting our clients’ international business practices to the Israeli market and appropriate employment methods.

On the contractual side, we have extensive experience in structuring, negotiating, reviewing and drafting the full range of commercial agreements. Not only do we strive to make our clients’ contracts air-tight, we also make sure they are tailored to the relevant industry or business in which they operate and are up to date in terms of the changing economic reality. – We were one of the first law firms in Israel to adopt provisions in our commercial contracts dealing with issues arising from COVID-19.

From fast food to e-commerce, life sciences to motor vehicles, energy companies to luxury brands, insurance companies to cosmetics and from media entities to investment houses, we act for a wide range of clients across the full spectrum of industries, on their commercial contracts as well as their other business activities in Israel.

Our contract law experts collaborate with the firm’s competition law specialists, GDPR experts, tax advisors, intellectual property practitioners, our COVID-19 contractual task force, and regulatory experts, in order to ensure that the client’s commercial needs can be met as effectively as possible within the confines of ever-changing regulatory constraints.
