The Intellectual Property (IP) Practice Group of S. Horowitz stands out as the leading practice in Israel, providing full and comprehensive services in the entire IP arena, and is consistently ranked in the first tier by the major legal directories.

Having one of the largest and most experienced practices in Israel, we are widely recognised for the strength, depth and range of our IP PG, which is unparalleled for its level of expertise and the quality of its services.

We advise companies and rights holders operating in a wide spectrum of industry sectors, including but not limited to Life Science, Food and Drugs, Telecommunications, Defense, Automotive, High-Tech, and many more, as well as traditional industries. Our advice extents to all aspects of IP, both contentious (litigation) and non-contentious, spanning from research and development to commercialisation and licensing.

The firm’s IP PG assists its clients to maximizing their IP by providing hands-on strategic advice to both international and domestic clients. We  guide our clients as required with regard to the use, enforcement and protection of their valuable IP, with particular attention to technological developments, concomitant with today’s rapidly-changing marketplace.

Our services are not “one size fits all”. We tailor our advice to the needs of each client and believe in the importance of closely understanding the client’s business.

We have extensive experience in handling major, complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes where key IP rights are contested and litigated in parallel proceedings in various jurisdictions.
