We have extensive experience and a strong track record in advising clients on the protection, enforcement, and licensing of registered and unregistered design rights. Our approach is grounded in legal expertise, commercial awareness, and a deep understanding of how design rights integrate with our clients’ needs and broader IP strategies.

Our services in this area include advising on securing protection through registration with the Designs Department at the Israel Patent Office, and representing clients — whether rights holders seeking to enforce their rights or competitors facing infringement allegations — in design rights disputes, including proceedings before the courts in Israel.

We represent both Israeli and international clients across a range of industries, including high-tech, toys, consumer products, furniture design and manufacturing, and telecommunications.
