Our capital markets team provides comprehensive legal counsel to entities supervised by the Israel Securities Authority, with an emphasis on public companies traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange across various industries.

We guide our clients through complex transactions and regulatory requirements while ensuring compliance with corporate and securities law. Our clients benefit from our expertise in all aspects of corporate and securities law, from initial public offerings to strategic corporate transactions. We work closely with institutional investors, underwriters, rating agencies, trustees and other market participants to achieve successful outcomes for our clients.
