Moti advises on all corporate and commercial aspects relating to the business and innovation cycle of technology-based companies. He represents founders, early stage companies, mature technology companies, angels, investors and venture capital funds on corporate structuring, licensing, founder agreements, incentive schemes and exits. Moti has extensive experience advising clients on early-stage investments, all subsequent investment rounds, financing by way of convertible debentures, secured financing, portfolio investments and the structuring of the financing of technology companies at all points of their investment cycle. His work has been recognised by the legal directories which have ranked him as a leader in the field.

Moti is also an expert on offshore and onshore fund formation. His experience includes structuring of funds and limited partnerships in a tax efficient manner, drafting, negotiating and reviewing limited partnership agreements, management agreements and private placement memoranda and advising on the operation and management of funds.
