Rudy Rimal is an associate in the Corporate Practice department of the firm where he represents founders, early-stage companies, mature technology companies, angels, investors and venture capital funds on corporate structuring, technology licensing, founders’ agreements, incentive schemes, investment round financing agreements and exits.
Rudy also advises clients of the firm on the structuring, negotiating, reviewing, and drafting of the full range of commercial agreements, including software development agreements, distribution and reseller agreements, license agreements, collaboration and joint-venture agreements and OEM agreements.
Rudy joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2023, after presiding as a legal counsel in a prominent international law firm and as a Hi-Tech associate in several of Israel’s leading law firms.
