Overview

Or Shinar is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group of the firm, where she provides legal counsel on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, focusing on hi-tech, venture capital financing and private placements.

She represents founders, early stage companies, mature technology companies, angels, investors and venture capital funds on corporate structuring, licensing, founder agreements, incentive schemes, investment round financing agreements and exits.

Or Shinar joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2020, where she completed her internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate in 2021.
