Overview

Itamar Amitai is an associate in the dispute resolution department of the firm. He represents international and domestic companies on a broad range of civil and contractual matters, with a particular focus on challenging and reviewing the decisions of public authorities and public bodies in the administrative courts, defending class actions, complex contractual disputes and tender related disputes.

 

Itamar joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2017, where he completed his internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate.

Other Activities

During his legal studies, Itamar was a member of the editorial board of ‘Mishpatim’, the Hebrew University Law Journal. Itamar also served as a teaching assistant in the courses “Administrative Law” and “Civil Procedure”.
