Overview

Gilad Gafni is an associate in the Intellectual Property and Commercial Litigation practice groups of the firm.

In the IP arena Gilad specializes in litigation, commercialization and consultancy, particularly, in the fields of copyrights, patents, trademarks, internet and trade secrets laws.

Gilad’s practice also focuses on commercial litigation before various Israeli courts and tribunals, representing large scale domestic and foreign companies in a wide range of affairs. In this respect Gilad has significant experience in handling complexed technology disputes, including the following areas of law: product liability and torts, professional negligence, contracts and insurance coverage.

Gilad’s clients are active in different industries including pharmaceuticals, entertainment and media, insurance, hi-tech, construction and more. .

Gilad served as a guest lecturer for Copyright and Privacy laws at the Ruppin Academic center and in the IDC Herzliya.

Gilad joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2016, after he interned in a leading law firm and later on worked in a private office representing large scale media and communication corporations.
