Overview

Aviv Halperin is a partner in both the Dispute Resolution and Corporate Practice Groups of the firm. He provides ongoing legal advice on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, focusing on hi-tech, bio-tech, venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation and private placements.  He represents founders, early stage companies, mature technology companies, angels, investors and venture capital funds on corporate structuring, founder agreements, incentive schemes and exits.

Aviv also represents international and domestic companies on a broad range of civil and contractual matters with a particular focus on challenging and reviewing the decisions of public authorities and public bodies, disputes relating to construction, water and energy and infrastructure projects and tender related disputes.

Aviv joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2013, where he completed his internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate.
