Yogev Yehoshua is an associate in our firm and specializes in complexed civil-commercial litigation and white-collar litigation.
Yogev has an extensive experience on a broad range of high-value corporate and commercial cases disputes and administrative cases at a various range of Israeli courts and tribunals. Yogev also takes part in defending foreign and domestic companies, executives and individuals facing wide variety of “white collar” crimes.

Yogev represents clients in various civil and criminal proceedings, as well as in hearings before government and prosecution authorities and in administrative proceedings regarding regulatory matters and advises leading companies on corporate liability for violation of safety and environmental regulations, as well as other legal issues regarding corporate compliance.

Adv. Yehoshua interned at a leading law firm and prior to his work in our firm, Adv. Yehoshua worked as an associate at Boaz Ben Zur & Co. law office.

Other Activities

  • Adv. Yehoshua graduated as part of the Excellence in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Program of the Faculty of Law at the College of Management under the guidance of the retired Supreme Court Judge, Prof. Yoram Danziger.
  • During his studies, Yogev worked as a junior lecturer for the “Fundamentals of the Legal Profession” course and was also a member of the legal clinics of the District Court (Central) and of the Central District Attorney’s Office (Criminal) in the economic section.
  • Adv. Yehoshua also works as a junior lecturer at Reichman University.
