Adv. Shani Bechochma is an associate in the Employment Law and Labor Relations practice group at S. Horowitz.

Shani represents and advises employers across diverse sectors in Israel, including service providers, industrial manufacturers, advertising agencies, medical organizations and hospitals, tech companies, and state-owned companies. She provides comprehensive counsel on employment law matters, from reviewing employer policies and handbooks to handling complex Labor disputes and litigation.

Shani’s practice encompasses a wide range of employment law issues, including Doctors’ Rights personal and collective employment agreements, Labor disputes and strikes, employee disciplinary actions, benefits administration, and employment claims litigation. She joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2020 as a legal intern and returned as an associate after qualifying as an Israeli advocate.
