Israel’s real estate market continues to record landmark transactions, and “Aura Imagine Givatayim” stands as a compelling example. S. Horowitz represented Menrav Group in signing an urban renewal agreement worth approximately NIS 630 million -three 35-story towers, 557 residential units, retail space, and leisure facilities, all within walking distance of Givatayim Mall. Menrav will serve as the primary contractor, with construction expected to span approximately three and a half years. The firm’s team was led by Adv. Noa Glazer-Bacher and Moshe Zilberberg.
