The Employment Law Department at S. Horowitz provides comprehensive legal advice and support to its clients in whatever capacity – employees, local and foreign employers, unions – before the labor courts, civil courts – including the High Court of Justice, regulatory entities and public committees.
The department’s team has broad experience in handling and overseeing complex cases in the various areas of labor law, ranging from wrongful dismissal, workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, hearing procedures, contract enforcement, social rights and pension payment claims, through the implementation of various labor laws. The department’s team also has special expertise in managing both class action proceedings as well as arbitration and mediation processes.
