The department’s team, knowledgeable in this field and in the intricacies of negotiation, assists its clients in formulating favorable collective agreements while coming up with strategic solutions for employers and unions, operating in all industry sectors.

The department’s team routinely advises local and international clients, multinational corporations, local businesses, start-ups, public institutions and government-owned entities on all aspects of collective labor law. The department’s services include providing full support in writing, drafting, or reviewing collective agreements, conducting negotiations for the conclusion of collective agreements or for amending existing agreements.

The extensive experience gained by the department in representing both unions and employers, allows it to deeply understand the interests of each party, and the special rights and challenges they face, thereby facilitating the crystallization of precise, balanced and efficient legal strategy. The department’s team believes in providing tailor-made services to the client, based on a substantive and sensitive approach that combines up-to-date legal knowledge with a broad systemic view of the ever-changing world of work.

In order to offer up appropriate solutions and provide the department’s clients with all-encompassing legal-commercial services, the team closely collaborates with other departments of the firm, including the Corporate, Taxation, and Intellectual Property departments.

  • Managing Negotiations for Concluding Collective Agreements Between Employee Organizations and Employers: The department’s team accompanies employers while providing comprehensive legal advice on collective bargaining, guidance on initial organization measures, drafting collective agreements, including their implementation or interpretation, as currently in effect or many years after their conclusion.
  • Representing Unions: Representing unions for the purpose of concluding collective agreements, as well as providing ongoing advice for dealing with complex issues in the workplace, including the implementation or interpretation of collective agreements.
