Zahi Lev is a partner in the Employment Department.
Zahi advises employers from various sectors, including construction companies, pension funds, insurance companies, energy companies, retail companies, industrial plants, and technology companies on comprehensive labor law matters.
Based on his experience in labor law, Zahi provides strategic consulting on employer policy issues, regulations, and individual and collective labor agreements (for employer organizations and worker organizations). He represents clients in labor disputes (individual and collective), class actions, strikes, disciplinary proceedings, including mediation proceedings in labor courts.
Throughout his career, Zahi has developed special expertise in contracting with service contractors under the Employment of Workers by Manpower Contractors Law, 1996 and the Law for Increased Enforcement of Labor Laws, 2011; pension insurance; employment of foreign workers and unique specialization in employment of workers in the construction industry. Zahi has been accompanying the Israel Builders Association for many years, including in collective labor relations, and previously served as the Association’s representative in the parity committees convening under the collective agreement in the construction industry and advises the Association in dealings with government ministries and the Knesset.
His work covers both individual labor issues and complex class actions in the field of labor relations, and collective disputes, focusing on practical solutions to complex employment challenges.
