Overview

Shoham is an associate in the dispute resolution department of the firm where she specializes in commercial and administrative law, as well as civil litigation. She represents international and domestic companies, government companies and high net worth individuals on a broad range of civil and contractual matters, with a particular focus on public tenders, construction projects, and complex contractual disputes.

Shoham Joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2020, after completed her internship at The High Court of Justice Division – State Attorney’s Office and qualified as an Israeli advocate.

Other Activities

During her law studies, Shoham served as a teaching assistant for Dr. Jacob Stern’s course on Roman Law, at The Hebrew University, and for Dr. Avinoam Cohen’s course on Public International Law, at The College of Management Academic Studies. She was also a research assistant for Dr. Benny Porat and represented The Hebrew University at The Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.
