Overview

Moshe Zilberberg is a partner in the firm’s Tax Practice Group. He advises multinational and domestic clients on a broad range of tax matters, and represents clients before the Israeli tax authorities and courts on disputed tax assessment proceedings.

 

Moshe also works with the firm’s real estate industry group, where he acts on a range of real estate transactions. His practice mainly focuses on property acquisitions, real estate investments, real estate financing and development, property and real estate tax. Moshe specializes in complex transactions and the impact of tax aspects on the transaction structure.

 

Moshe joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2015, where he completed his internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate.
