Overview

Ira is an associate in the dispute resolution department of the firm, where he represents international and domestic companies, municipal authorities and governmental entities, on a broad range of civil and contractual matters. Ira’s practice also includes challenging and reviewing the decisions of public authorities and public bodies before the full range of Israel’s administrative and civil courts and tribunals and defending class actions.

Ira joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2015, where he completed his internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate.

Other Activities

Ira completed part of his LL.B. degree at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) as part of the student exchange program offered to outstanding students in the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

During his Law studies, Ira was a member of the Community Economic Development Clinic at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
