Our firm successfully advised IEC in its efforts to lower its prices of natural gas, as part of the negotiations to amend the historic gas agreement from 2012 signed with the Tamar Partners.
The amendment to the agreement embodies a significant economic and operational achievement for IEC, and even more so, entails a substantial saving and benefit for both IEC’s consumers and the Israeli economy as a whole.
