Overview

Gili Regev is an associate in the Commercial Litigation and Aviation and Transport practice groups of the firm where she specializes in the provision of general counseling and representing clients in a broad array of complex civil and commercial litigation in all legal instances, including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, class action suits and more. Gili acts for international and domestic companies, financial institutions, and high net worth individuals on a vast range of civil and contractual matters, with particular focus on complicated cross-border contractual disputes and cases relating to private international law.

As part of her aviation practice, Gili consults and represents major global airlines on various legal issues, including, consumer protection, class actions, corporate and contractual, employment, tax, and the like, as well as dealings vis-à-vis the relevant Israeli aviation and other regulatory authorities to ensure due compliance with the applicable aviation laws and regulations.

Gili spent the past 5 years working and residing in several countries in South-East Asia where she acquired substantive business experience, became personally acquainted with the region, and became reasonably proficient in the Mandarin language.
