Eden Halpert is an associate in the capital markets department of the firm, where she advises clients from various fields of activity, on corporate and securities related matters, including listings and offerings of different financial products and raising of debt and equity in private and public transactions on the Tel-Aviv Stock Excange. In addition she also provides legal counsel on the full range of agreements relating to the operation, management and development of any commercial business and its trading activities in Israel.

Eden joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2020. Prior to joining S. Horowitz, Eden worked as an associate at a leading Israeli law firm specializing in corporate and securities, where she represented a wide variety of international clients.
