Overview

Deuel is an associate in the dispute resolution department of the firm. He represents international and domestic companies on a broad range of civil, contractual, and international matters, with a particular focus on challenging and reviewing decisions of public authorities in administrative courts, defending class actions, complex contractual disputes, and matters of Public International Law and International Arbitration.

Deuel joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2023, after completing his internship in the Deputy Attorney General, Department of International Law.
