Ohad Ben-Yehuda is a commercial litigator whose practice mainly focuses on large-scale disputes, including all aspects of commercial law, and who has appeared before the entire range of Israeli courts and arbitration tribunals.
Ohad has particular expertise in the field of complex disputes in the energy, construction and infrastructure sectors. He has acted on a wide array of matters affecting the Israeli energy sector as well as disputes arising in major infrastructure projects valued at hundreds of millions of US dollars, relating to the design and construction of ports, highways, interchanges, tunnels and public buildings.
His clients include the largest oil and energy companies in Israel, as well as a broad range of domestic and international infrastructure companies.
Ohad also advises clients on dispute avoidance, managing and resolving claims and disputes by way of negotiation, mediation or expert determination. He also provides ongoing legal advice to infrastructure companies at all stages of a project, including the tender proposal submission stage and the later execution stages.
Ohad’s expertise also includes defending, challenging and seeking to set aside regulatory, ministerial and governmental decisions, in legal proceedings before the High Court of Justice and the Court for Administrative Affairs.
