Guy represents private organizations, non-profit organizations as well as government and public entities in diverse, complex commercial-related procedures and transactions (including mergers and restructuring) and also advises various types of corporations and their respective organs (general meeting, boards of directors, committees, management, etc.) on, inter alia, corporate capital market issues.
