We were delighted to collaborate with the IDU Israel Directors Union, the Association of Publicly Traded Companies and IATI – Israeli Advanced Technology Industries, in a professional online conference on the subject of mergers and acquisitions in the coronavirus era.

During the conference, Amit Steinman, partner in the firm’s Corporate & Commercial Practice Group, gave a talk about the impacts of the coronavirus on both local and global M&A transactions, where he spoke about global trends in the field, including the volume of transactions worldwide and in Israel, exploiting opportunities and the retention of national resources.

Moreover, during the conference a panel was held on the subject of mergers and acquisitions in the coronavirus era, that was moderated by Guy Firer, a partner in the firm’s Corporate & Commercial Practice Group.
