Our Public International Law practice group has extensive legal experience in the representation of States in international dispute settlement proceedings, including before the International Court of Justice in the Hague and other permanent and ad hoc international courts and tribunals.
In addition to representing States in contentious and non-contentious international proceedings, our attorneys regularly advise States, international organizations, and private corporations on all aspects of public international law, including treaty interpretation, sovereign and diplomatic privileges and immunities, delimitation of maritime and land boundaries, the law of the sea, anti-bribery and corruption, international trade and investment, and human rights.
Bringing a hands-on understanding of how international law operates, we help our clients determine their best course of action and take a proactive role in pursuing it with them.
