Dr. Omri Sender acts as counsel and advisor to States, international organizations, and multinational corporations on issues covering the full range of public international law. These include treaty obligations, State and diplomatic immunities, territorial and maritime boundaries, the law of the sea, human rights, the law of international organizations, international investment, international criminal law, and State responsibility. Omri has particular expertise in international dispute settlement proceedings, including before the International Court of Justice, the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea, United Nations treaty bodies, and arbitral tribunals constituted under the auspices of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID). Since 2023, he chairs the firm’s Public International Law Practice Group.

Omri previously served as Counsel at the World Bank, as Law Clerk to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Israel, and as Legal Assistant at the United Nations International Law Commission. He is the author of numerous writings in the field of public international law.
