Adv. Tali is a member of S. Horowitz Real Estate Industry Group.

Tali focuses on complex real estate transactions. Tali specializes in urban renewal projects, property acquisitions, real estate investments, drafting and negotiating sale and purchase agreements, combination agreements, construction agreements, commercial leases, tenders and the financing of real estate and construction projects and development projects. She brings expertise in urban renewal projects and real estate financing, helping clients navigate sophisticated development opportunities and investment structures.
Her practice encompasses a wide range of real estate matters, including commercial and residential transactions, related real estate deals, and land use disputes.

Since joining S. Horowitz in 2021, Tali has established herself as a key advisor in urban renewal projects and construction and development projects, drawing on her previous experience at a leading Israeli firm.
