Our real estate department, in close collaboration with the firm’s banking and finance department, provides comprehensive legal advice and handling of all matters related to financing real estate transactions and projects. We represent both borrowers (developers and purchasers) and lenders (private funding funds, financial institutions, banks, and insurance companies) in complex financing transactions of extensive scope.

Proper and tailored financing constitutes a critical component in the success of every real estate project. The close collaboration between our real estate department and banking and finance department enables us to provide our clients with comprehensive and extensive legal advice and handling in real estate transaction financing. Our team also supports the real estate aspects involved in syndication transactions between financing entities and financing transactions executed in the capital market, such as asset securitization transactions.
