Sam Yermiyahu is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group of the firm, where he specializes in prosecution, enforcement, strategy, general counselling and intellectual property related litigation.
Sam represents and advises domestic and foreign client from a broad range of industries, including tech companies, pharmaceuticals, financial institutions, manufacturers and service providers, with a specific focus on trademarks, designs, copyrights, trade secrets, brand protection, domain names, passing-off and IP related contractual disputes.
Before joining S. Horowitz, Sam clerked for the administrative tribunals in the Jerusalem Magistrate Court, and served as Legal Secretary for Civil Procedure in Jerusalem Magistrate Court.
