Our firm’s real estate department provides legal advice and support in the field of real estate investments and income-generating properties, with emphasis on maximizing returns and securing investor interests. We support developers and real estate investment funds, among the largest in the economy, in investments in income-generating properties such as shopping malls, commercial centers, office towers, and industrial buildings designated for rental and yield generation.

Our extensive experience in real estate investments and land improvement enables us to assist our clients in identifying investment opportunities, examining legal and economic feasibility, conducting comprehensive due diligence, and structuring transactions in a manner that optimally serves the client’s interests. In addition, the department provides ongoing legal support to its clients in lease agreements, usage agreements, and license agreements for income-generating properties, as well as legal support for relations and management between landlords and end-users.

Our firm supports clients from the stage of land identification, conducting comprehensive legal and planning examinations, through legal advice and support for land acquisition (including tax advice at all stages of the transaction), handling transaction and project financing, planning and licensing support for improvement processes in various planning committees, to contracts with business partners and sale of land to third parties, all with the goal of maximizing developer and investor profits.
