Our diverse practice advises on early-stage investments, subsequent funding rounds, initial coin offers, convertible loans, secured and unsecured debt, mezzanine financing and portfolio investments as well as exits, whether by way of sale or an IPO.

In addition to acting for funds on their investments, we also act on the formation, regulation (including tax aspects, submission of licenses to the relevant regulators, etc.) and operation of on-shore and off-shore private equity funds, worldwide venture capital funds and hedge funds ,  structuring and drafting information memoranda and private placing memoranda in close co-operation with foreign counsel, as well as supporting the fund’s fundraising activities
