Yonathana Frohlich has experience advising clients in structuring, negotiating, and closing various complex local and cross border transactions with a focus on energy, real estate, banking and finance and traditional industries.

She also has experience in representing founders, early-stage companies, mature technology companies, angels, investors and venture capital funds on corporate structuring, licensing, founder agreements, incentive schemes, investment round financing agreements and exits.

Yonathana joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2023, where she completed her internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate in 2024.
