Partner Ruthy Budovich-Sagir possesses rich experience and expertise in managing complex big case litigation, providing ongoing representation and counselling to corporations and executives handling collective work disputes and collective bargaining arrangements as well as in acting for workers’ unions. Advocate Budovich- Sagir is also experienced in analysing, preparing and drafting collective agreements as well as in counselling on and providing representation in arbitration and mediation proceedings. Advocate Budovich-Sagir is a sought-after speaker on labour law in general and anti-sexual harassment legislation in particular.

After graduating from law school in 2002, Advocate Budovich-Sagir first served as legal counsel to the TAAS workers’ union. In 2003, she joined Asher Heled & Co. law firm. In 2012, she was called to fulfil a high-ranking position in the Legal Department of the Prime Minister’s Office. In this role, she bore responsibility for advising and acting on all aspects of labour law within the Prime Minister’s Office, including representing the Prime Minister’s Office in legal proceedings. After having accumulated broad and comprehensive experience in negotiating with high-ranking government officials and the Treasury, Advocate Budovich-Sagir returned to the private sector in 2016 as a partner at Asher Heled & Co.
