Rotem is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group of the firm, where she provides legal counsel on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, focusing on hi-tech, venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation and private placements.

She represents founders, early-stage companies, mature technology companies, angels, investors and venture capital funds on corporate structuring, licensing, founder agreements, incentive schemes, investment round financing agreements and exits.

Rotem joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2021, where she completed her internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate.
