Ohad is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group of the firm where he specializes in cross-border and domestic corporate and commercial transactions for international and Israeli companies, funds and financial institutions across a broad range of sectors. In addition, he also provides legal counsel on the full range of agreements relating to the operation, management and development of any commercial business and its trading activities in Israel.

Ohad joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2021, where he completed his internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate.

  • During his law studies Ohad served as a research assistant to Dr. Chagai Vinizky (constitutional law) The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and served as an intern in the Knesset member’s office.
