Ofir is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group of the firm where she specializes in cross-border and domestic corporate and commercial transactions for international and Israeli companies, funds and financial institutions across a broad range of sectors. In addition, she also provides legal counsel on the full range of agreements relating to the operation, management and development of any commercial business and its trading activities in Israel.

Ofir joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2022, where she completed her internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate.
