Overview

Oded is an associate in the dispute resolution department of the firm. He represents international and domestic companies, government companies, financial institutions, and high net worth individuals on a broad range of civil, commercial, and administrative matters, with a particular focus on complex contractual disputes.

Oded joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2021, where he completed his internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate.

  • Publications: Oded Israely, Censorship and the Right to Not Speak in Private Law, 17 Hukim L. Rev. 305 (2022).
  • During his law studies, Oded served as a Law Clerk at Tel Aviv District Court; Paralegal at Israel’s Ministry of Justice Counseling and Legislation department; Teaching Assistant in the Hebrew University introductory course “Legal writing and research” and Editorial Board Member at the Hebrew University Law Review – Hukim.
