Nir is an associate in the dispute resolution department of the firm. He represents international and domestic companies, government companies, financial institutions and high net worth individuals, on a broad range of civil and contractual matters. His representation particularly focuses on challenging and reviewing the decisions of public authorities and public bodies in the administrative courts, disputes relating infrastructure projects, complex contractual disputes, and tender related disputes.

Nir joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2017, having completed his internship in a leading Israeli law firm and qualified as an Israeli advocate.

Other Activities

Nir served as a teaching assistant in Corporate Law at the Hebrew University.

Nir also served as a research assistant for Dr. Guy Carmi.

During his studies, Nir provided legal advice to people with disabilities and organizations involved in the field of disabilities, as part of his participation in “The Rights of People with Disabilities Clinic”.
